RESERVATIONS 

We recommend booking in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available.

 

ARRIVAL 

Customers are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment while new customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes late will have to re-schedule the booking and may also be charged at full value. Barely Beauty reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

As a courtesy to other customers, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a notification of 3 hours prior to your booking is advised. Any cancellation, changes, ‘no show’, or late appointments without adequate notice will be charged at full value by deducting from packages or series. Multiple incidents of this nature will result in disappointment for future bookings. Barely Beauty reserves the right to ask for credit card details to hold future bookings.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT 

The minimum age for Brazilian treatment is 14 years old and customers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.

 

HEALTH CONDITION

Please advise us at the time of your reservation if you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect the treatment.

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE 

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.

 

COMPANY POLICIES 

Services, products and packages sold at Barely Beauty are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit. All packages are to be purchased by one individual. Barely Beauty reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
